windows arrived without handles, unsatisfied responses and was asked to check frames for handles - which could not be missed - then told in a carton /box when shipped. no cartons of handles located. I expect handles to be airfreighted given I have already waited for shipping container and cannot install windows without handles as I need to access inner frame. I am yet confirm all glass was delivered with correct sizes - as 2 windows in my second order do not appear to have correct glass and one pane is missing all together

It's seems to be a high quality window. Now we are testing them in a laboratory.
